Modern as well as the professional building management of the future requires a comprehensive knowledge of different facilities. In addition, the ability to create and implement process-oriented solutions in various technical, business and legal fields is becoming increasingly important. The Master's distance learning course in Facility Management teaches strategies, concepts and solutions for professional building management. The Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) gives you access to high-level services and also gives you the right to a doctorate. Graduation with 90 credits

Admission to the distance learning Facility Management Master's degree is subject to the following requirements: 1. a first academic degree (final grade 2.5 or better) from a university in Germany or abroad (regardless of discipline) and 2. at least one year of professional experience in a related field after the first certificate of academic degree (business and/or construction related) 3. for applicants from outside Germany: evidence of sufficient proficiency in German (“German Language Test for Admission to Higher Education for Foreign Students” (DSH) or “Test of German as a Foreign Language” (TestDaF))
