- BA Physics or comparable degree program - Applicants who do not have a German higher education entrance qualification or have obtained their degree from a German university must also have sufficient English language skills: TOEFL score of at least 80 (ibt), 213 (cbt) or 550 (pbt) IELTS score of at least 6.5 or prove sufficient knowledge of German.
