The teaching qualification subject History can also be studied in combination with the obligatory subject French as a German-French Course of study with bi-national degree possible (commencement of studies only in the winter semester, see https://www.studium.uni-mainz.de/internationale-studienprogramme/). 2. The University of Mainz offers the Bachelor's from the fifth subject-related semester and Master of Education only as a Teaching Qualification (Gymnasium-level). 3. It is possible to obtain an additional qualification for bilingual teaching in English and French (see https://bilingualer-unterricht.uni-mainz.de) 4.
