Annotation
The Bachelor's degree programme in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering is an interdisciplinary degree programme for acquiring a broad basic knowledge and subject-related, professionally qualifying specialisations in electrical engineering and economics. The aim of the course is to train industrial engineers who work at the electrotechnical-business interface and have the technical, business and social skills requirements for a responsible position as an engineer and/or future manager. Graduates of the degree programme in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering have a critical understanding of the most important theories, principles and methods of industrial engineering as well as electrical, automation and energy engineering. The practical project in the seventh semester ideally enables a smooth transition from university to a company from different industries. On the other hand, the theoretical scientific content of the degree programme provides the necessary entry qualification for a subsequent master's degree programme at a university. Prof. Dr.-Ing.
