Career Coaching With the ZE Centre for Entrepreneurship and the Career Service at PFH, we support you on your individual career path! Study Entrepreneurship: Sustainable ideas and innovation in your Bachelor's degree How can the economy and society be changed in a sustainable way? How can the economy and sustainability be thought of together? And how can I be part of the next generation of entrepreneurs who answer these and future questions with their ideas and passion? Against the background of the rapidly developing economic world, an entrepreneurial spirit and a creative mind-set are not only required, but are also essential for economic progress, especially when it comes to developing sustainable ideas. In the Entrepreneurship and Innovation degree programme, we therefore understand entrepreneurship ('entrepreneurial action and thinking') primarily as future-relevant skills for identifying problems and challenges and for developing and implementing sustainable solutions. In the various project-oriented modules, such as the idea workshop, you will learn to apply the different forms of entrepreneurship. In this process, you will actively shape the entire innovation process in different contexts, such as in emerging and established companies and in society. The degree course is divided into the acquisition of specialist and methodological skills from the field of business administration, such as production, controlling, business informatics and HR, and competence areas such as entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial and start-up performance and sustainable entrepreneurship. The aim of the degree course is to provide you with a general understanding of business as well as entrepreneurship as a key competence and future skill during the course of your degree. This will lay the foundation for a career in exciting areas of work, such as start-ups, intrapreneurship (‘entrepreneurship within the company') or consulting in the strategy and innovation area.
