In today's healthcare industry, more and more people work in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams. This creates a need for highly qualified professionals with good team and communication skills as well as a broad spectrum of knowledge. Our new International Business Administration programme with a focus on Healthcare provides you with sound management training and specific knowledge about the healthcare industry as well as about current topics such as telemedicine, medical apps, health games or AI software in the healthcare sector. You will learn about innovation management, digital business models and quality management. You will know how to lead intercultural teams, how to start a company and how to assess the implementation of various business projects. You will have an understanding of accounting, supply chain management, economics and service management. You will understand how socio-economic factors affect health and will become familiar with the concepts of health literacy, epidemiology and public health. You will have an understanding of medical and social law and will become familiar with data protection, confidentiality and privacy. You will also be familiar with eHealth technologies and know that gamification is playing an increasingly important role in the industry. Thanks to the many projects with students from other countries and disciplines, you can strengthen your communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Your work placement and language courses complement your curriculum and help you to develop your intercultural and personal skills.
