Annotation
There are still places available in the Bachelor's degree course in Nursing: https://www.ash-berlin.eu/studium/studiengaenge/bachelorstudiengang-pflege/profil/ One degree. Two degrees. After seven semesters you will receive the academic degree Bachelor of Science and are a nursing professional with state recognition. In addition to the Bachelor's degree, you will automatically receive the certificate “Nursing consultant” according to Section 7a of the Social Security Code XI (SGB XI). This gives you even more career opportunities, for example, you can work in a care support centre or with a care insurance fund. If you have already completed a nursing training course, you can gain further qualifications with us with a Bachelor's degree and have parts of your training credited to it. In addition to your Bachelor's degree, you will also receive the certificate “Practical instructor” at the ASH Berlin, which you can use to instruct students in practice at university level after completing your studies. The seminars and lectures at the ASH Berlin are held by teachers who themselves have many years of professional experience in the fields of paediatric nursing, psychiatry, intensive care, outpatient care and geriatric care and nursing. The ASH Berlin cooperates with numerous renowned health care institutions in Berlin and Brandenburg, where the practical study visits take place. In our modern Skills Lab you will be prepared for every practical application by means of practical exercises in a protected room. In addition, our nursing care course sets two focal points that are very topical for our company: Care for the elderly and diversity and gender sensitivity in care. The ASH Berlin can demonstrate special expertise and many years of experience in both areas. At the same time, both aspects are highly topical and essential for person-centred care. There is no other nursing degree programme in Germany that combines these focuses. In addition, we are increasingly focusing on new forms of teaching such as blended learning in our nursing course at the ASH Berlin. In this way we minimise the classroom phases. This makes the degree programme attractive for working nurses who want to gain further qualifications. Nursing staff, trained geriatric nurses, health and nursing staff, health and paediatric nurses are welcome. In the sense of lifelong learning, registered nurses can also acquire the academic degree of Bachelor of Science. Up to 50% of the necessary credit points can be recognised by the training.
