The real estate industry is all about renting and selling buildings? Far from it! As a real estate expert, you develop real estate projects, control real estate portfolios and take care of real estate marketing. You will prepare for this exciting professional field with a dual degree course in Real Estate and Property Management. You will learn the fundamentals of real estate economics and deal with topics such as portfolio management, investment & financing and real estate marketing. You will apply what you have learned directly at your practice partner. After your degree course, you will have the best career prospects – after all, the real estate industry is one of the largest sectors in Germany.

General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification Without a school leaving certificate confirming general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, entry is possible if you meet one of the following conditions: - completed at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of professional experience in the profession you have trained in - successful passing of the Master Craftsperson’s examination - successful completion of a course as a state-certified Technician or state-certified Business Economist
