The admission requirements are derived from the Berlin Higher Education Act (BerlHG) as well as from the general study and examination regulations of the Akkon University of Applied Sciences for Human Sciences. (2) The specific admission requirements for the programme with the specialisation in Intensive and Anaesthetic Care are: Proof of successfully completed professional training in · Geriatric Nursing · Healthcare and Nursing, · Health and paediatric care, · Emergency paramedics as well as the proof of a one year of professional experience in intensive and anaesthetic care or emergency care.
