Building on the basic modules of business administration, you will gain knowledge in the course-specific in-depth modules of the bachelor's Management, Leadership, Innovation, e.g. about the control and optimisation of processes in companies, about organisational psychology and intercultural leadership. You will also receive leadership and communication training. A clear focus of the degree is the internationalisation of the students and the practical orientation. As organisations and companies today have to constantly change and renew themselves, you will be taught attitudes and tools that will enable you to bring in new ideas and think innovatively. A compulsory period of study abroad of at least 26 weeks is provided for in the examination regulations. This can be done as a semester abroad at a foreign university or as an internship abroad. The focus of university degree is on the relationship to practice. Lectures and seminars therefore focus on conveying the learning content in a practical manner with real-life application examples. Networking trans-regional and global practice collaborations for practice-based thesis work with future employers. The practical project, which is regularly scheduled in the 4th semester, is completed in the form of a project study with real tasks from everyday business life, among others at cooperating companies of the university.
