Target group Consultants and/or heads of marketing and distribution/sales already working in the industry at banks, insurance and financial sales companies in advising private individuals, companies and entrepreneurs.
Admission requirements
General higher education entrance qualification, subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or professional qualification with two years of professional experience or Qualification as a master craftsman or equivalent, e.g. business management specialist (IHK Fachwirt) 1) Admission to the degree course is only possible for applicants who can demonstrate a contractual agreement (e.g. training, employment contract, commercial or company law connection) with a cooperating company. In case of doubt, the Examinations Board will check this. (2) In accordance with Section 5 (3) of the General Provisions for Examination Regulations (ABPO), only those who are enrolled on the degree course in Financial and Management Consulting at Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences may be admitted to coursework and examinations. If you are a financial consulting specialist (IHK Fachwirt/in für Finanzberatung), your work and achievements during your training can be recognised. Tuition fee
The financing of the 8-semester degree programme is ensured by the fact that the companies with which the students have the above-mentioned contractual agreement pay the degree course costs per study place in the amount of EUR 12,800.00 (plus VAT). With maximum crediting of the pre-qualification in financial counselling, the regular duration of study is reduced to 4 semesters and the course costs to EUR 6,400 (plus VAT).
