Practical, scientific work and application-related research should provide the students with the necessary professional, methodological and social skills that enable them to act independently and autonomously. The globalisation of the economy is taken into account. Graduates will be able to support the management of an organisation in the field of Business Informatics, as well as to take on managerial tasks themselves after having been trained accordingly, or to be self-employed or freelance. The course should be completed in a reasonable time with a reasonable level of expertise in the field of Business Informatics. The course imparts skills in both business and information technology issues. Graduates can therefore be deployed in many areas where combined know-how in business information technology is required.
